Pueblo of Acoma Community Endeavors Opportunity Fund
Community Endeavors Opportunity Fund is designed to improve the quality of life for the Pueblo by supporting other academic and athletic opportunities by providing awards to students, athletes, and organizations. The resources for the awards are generated from various non-profit activities and private sources.
Awards are provided as a privilege, to encourage students, athletes and organizations to continue striving for their goals. By providing support and encouragement, our community will grow with the confidence and leadership needed to excel in academics and athletics.
Awarded amounts vary at the discretion of the Pueblo of Acoma Community Endeavors Board.
Award Eligibility

Must be an enrolled Acoma Member or an Academic/Athletic Organization that has participating enrolled Acoma Members.
Opportunity Application Requirements
Applicants MUST submit the following documents:

Individual

A complete application.

Proof of Acoma Enrollment (CIB).

An unofficial transcript, or grades, documenting a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.

An invitation or proof of participation to an academic/athletic activity.

A written narrative about: 1) yourself 2) achievements/goals 3) community involvement 4) and intended use of requested funds.

Academic/Athletic Organization

A complete application.

Proof of participating enrolled Acoma Members.

An invitation or proof of participation to an academic/athletic activity.

A written narrative about: 1) your organization 2) achievements/goals 3) community impact 4) and intended use of requested funds.

Recipient Requirements

Submit a report of the usage and beneficial outcome of funds awarded, in writing and/or in person. Failure to carry out the purposes for which the applicant states in the application will require the return of all funds awarded.

Commit to ten hours of community service at a community or non-profit event for the Pueblo of Acoma.
